Return policy
Cancel order: You can cancel the order before it is shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, unfortunately we cannot cancel it for you.
If you are not satisfied with the product within 30 days of your purchase, you can exchange or return it.
●Due to lighting and camera variations, the product images may not accurately show the exact physical color of our products.
●Only items in new and unused condition with the original manufacturer packaging can be accepted for a refund.
●Items in the clearance section, warehouse clearance section or marked clearance, discontinued items, visual defects or clearance items are non-refundable. All sales of clearance and clearance items are final.
● We are not responsible for returns that do not have tracking or delivery confirmation showing that the package is received at our warehouse. You should make sure to return the items via an insured and trackable method such as UPS or FedEx. Please pack the return in the original box or another sturdy shipping box with appropriate packing materials to ensure that the product arrives at our warehouse in good condition.
Refund (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. At the same time, we will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it may be automatically returned to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, it may take a different amount of time for the exchanged product to arrive.
If you are shipping an item valued over $80, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We are not sure if we can receive the returned item.
Limited Warranty
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and for use in the United States and Canada. Proof of purchase, order number, or other evidence of the date of original purchase is required before warranty service can be provided. Timemore's obligation under this warranty is limited to replacement or repair or assistance in repair, at Timemore's option. All warranty claim repairs must be pre-authorized by Timemore. Warranty service will not be provided on devices that have been tampered with unless directed by a Timemore representative.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of parts or damage resulting from negligent use or misuse of the device, use contrary to the instruction manual, failure to perform reasonable and necessary maintenance, or disassembly, repair or modification by any person , unless directed by a Timemore representative.
This warranty does not apply to devices used outside the United States and Canada. Additionally, the warranty does not cover damage caused by acts of God, such as fire, flood, hurricanes and tornadoes.
Timemore is not responsible for shipping costs for warranty service.
Limitation and Exclusions
To the extent permitted by law, Timemore's warranty for any allegedly defective device or part is limited to the repair or replacement of the device or part and may not exceed the purchase price of a comparable replacement device or Partially do not exceed. THE TERMS OF THIS WARRANTY ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT(S) COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE DEVICE(S), INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.
Timemore shall not be responsible or liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the use or performance of the device, or for any damages relating to economic loss, loss of property, loss of revenue or profits, loss of enjoyment or use, costs of removal, installation or other consequential damages of any kind. Some provinces/states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, the above limitation may not apply to you.
As a buyer, you may have other rights and remedies under the applicable laws of your state or province that are in addition to the rights or remedies available under this Limited Warranty.
